Michael Smith
Michael is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 17 years of expertise. His journey began by excelling in VA streamline loans through the broker channel and then quickly rising to become one of the youngest Directors of Mortgage Lending in the country at Certus Bank, NA where he managed 16 branches and reported directly to the CFO. After driving significant growth at Certus, Michael continued to make an impact at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and other companies. In 2020, he founded Home Mortgage Services, LLC, leveraging new web-based mortgage platforms to capitalize on the competitive advantages of modern mortgage brokerages.

Brian Smith
With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Brian began his career in 2005 as a mortgage loan originator for a national direct lender specializing in cash-out refinances. Since then he's closed all types of mortgages across multiple states, held mortgage loan originator licenses in 46 states, held Vice President positions at two national mortgage banks, and developed two national call centers for a large retail mortgage lender. In 2017, he founded Showcase Agency, Inc., a real estate brokerage, and its mortgage broker division, Key Home Funding.
